AESI serves both the client and worker after deployment by monitoring the welfare of
the workers, adjusting to market conditions and trends and updating the clients on

Identification of Manpower Requirements.
- Assists clients in identifying positions, categories, qualifications and
standards of workers for bidding purposes or its manning plantilla.
Shortlisting of Candidates
- Sourcing and shortlising candidates according to qualifications and job description of
clients.
Pre-screening & Interview.
- Review of resumes and pre-selection of candidates by AESI technical staff.
Final Interview.
- Final selection by employer and/or AESI technical staff.
Trade Test & Examination.
- Examination conducted by AESI staff or assist in referring applicants
for trade test to be conducted by accredited trade test centers.
Medical Examination
- Candidates are referred to POEA accredited clinics or hospitals for medical and
psychological examination required by country of deployment.
Documentation Requirements.
- Assist workers in acquiring their personal documents.
Processing of Labor & Travel Documents.
- Processing of labor and travel clearances with government offices, foreign embassies and other
concerned agencies.
Pre-departure Orientation Seminar.
- Workers undergo orientation seminar on the rules and regulations of the host country,
company policies, Philippine government regulations and briefing of travel procedures.
Post-employment Service.
- Monitors the welfare of workers deployed by regular visits to job sites. AESI handles processing of
documents of workers on vacation.
