1. Special Power of Attorney
2. Manning Agreement
3. Photocopy of Commercial Registration or Business License
4. Gulf War Guarantee Letter (for Middle East Countries Only)
5. Manpower Request/Demand Letter
6. VISA Letter of Authority
      Together with original copy of Visa Receipt.
      (For Saudi Arabia Only)
7. Standard Employment Contract
      Contract Approved by POEA, Dept. of Labor & Employment for OFW

All documents must be prepared in your company stationery.
All documents must be authenticated by the country's Ministries of Commerce, Foreign Affairs, and Philippine Embassy.
