With original POEA license number 01-0001, ANGLO EUROPEAN SERVICES, INC. is the first licensed land based manpower recruitment agency in the Philippines. It has pioneered the overseas recruitment business and has mobilized thousands of Filipino workers of various categories, trades, profession and skills internationally since 1967.

With more than three decades of experience in the international recruitment business, AESI cooperated with different government agencies involved in the deployment of Filipino workers. It actively participates in the formulation of employment rules and regulations, guidelines and policies of governments on overseas employment, and monitoring trends affecting labor movements all over the world. As a founding member and officer of the Overseas Placement Association of the Philippines, AESI participated in the formulation of employment rules, regulations and guidelines involving the deployment of Filipino Workers. It had remained steadfast on issues professionalizing the overseas recruitment industry. AESI President, Lucas C. Arcilla III had been a member of its Board of Directors since 1982.
